COLLECTION OF SUBMISSIONS FOR DISPLAY AT THE CONSULTATION

The Eurasian Coalition on Male Health (ECOM) continues preparations for the 3rd Regional Consultation on HIV among MSM and Trans People in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, which will take place on 18-19 November, 2019 in Tallinn, Estonia.

In order to share more information about the work being carried out in the region, we will begin collecting information from organizations and activists to display at informational stands during the Consultation.

We are looking for brief information from you about your projects or work, the results of your activities, and about interesting and unique things that can and should be shared with participants from different countries of the region.

You can send brief text files, photographs, photo exhibitions (high-resolution photos), and posters.

Due to limited space, it is possible that not all submissions will be accepted for display, however the Consultation’s technical committee will try to take everything into account.

Deadline for receiving proposals September 22, 2019

Send your submissions or any questions related to the display of information at the Consultation to 3rc@ecom.ngo.

ECOM will also begin to collect information on printed materials for dissemination to participants of the Consultation. You may bring them with you (if you plan to participate in the Consultation) or send them by post for distribution among the participants of the Consultation. We may consider covering shipping costs.

Please send a brief description of the printed materials (name, description, audience, and the number of copies you would like to distribute) to 3rc@ecom.ngo.
