Single Step Foundation was established in December 2016.
The organization’s mission is to support, motivate and empower LGBTI (“Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex”) youth, their families, friends and allies in Bulgaria through the process of recognizing, coming out and affirming their sexual orientation and gender identity. We fully realize that this process is challenging, long and unique to each individual but we are here to help young people make that essential first step.

PO ”ALLIANCE.GLOBAL”
NGO “Alliance.Global” specializes in providing services for HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted infections (STIs) among men who have sex with men (MSM), focused on the progress and consolidation subgroup of gay and bisexual men as part of LGBT community and the community in general; promoting the reduction of homo-, bi- and transphobia in Ukrainian society.
The organization started working in 2001 with a group of MSM activists in Kyiv. Legally “Alliance.Global” was registered in 2002. Since then, the organization conducted over 35 projects and studies among MSM, which allowed to achieve 40% coverage of MSM population that receives services in HIV/STI prevention in Ukraine.
The organization is constantly evolving and covers all new trends. Today the main activity of “Alliance.Global” is mainly focused on activities of PrEP, Chemsex, Shelter for MSM, outreach/social work, HIV/STI testing and prevention, development of community centers for MSM and regional advocacy for access of vulnerable groups to health and social services.

Youth Public Movement “Partner”
The youth social movement “Partner” has been working since 2006 and successfully implements HIV prevention projects among MSM and TG in the city of Odessa. The organization opened Ukraine’s first community center for the TG community. The organization has recruited medical and human rights specialists.

«Convictus» is a non-governmental organization that operates in three countries – Sweden, Estonia and Ukraine.
«Convictus Ukraine» is an organization that creates effective public health services and supports vulnerable categories of the population.
On 12 years already, Convictus Ukraine has been a reliable partner of state institutions and public organizations in implementing programs to counteract HIV infection, tuberculosis, other socially dangerous diseases, reintegrate former prisoners into society and assist women who have suffered violence.

Benefits of ECOM membership
ECOM — Eurasian Coalition for Health, Rights, Gender and Sexual Diversity — is an international non-governmental association based in Tallinn, Estonia. We are a membership association open to non-profit organizations and activists working in the field of rights and health of LGBT communities in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA) region.
In its work, the coalition considers it important to involve community representatives in the decision-making processes and activities of the organization, to attract a wider range of HIV activists and specialists to improve access to prevention, treatment and services to create an enabling environment in which all representatives of LGBT communities will have access to healthcare services, including those related to HIV infection, based on scientific evidence and respect for human rights.
The Eurasian Coalition for Health, Rights, Gender and Sexual Diversity is a membership-based organization. We encourage organizations and individuals from Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia who are committed to the organization’s mission to consider applying for membership.
ECOM does not have a membership fee, but at the same time interested organizations and individuals must be committed to the principles and approaches in force in the organization, the provisions and decisions of the coalition, and must also comply with the Charter and decisions taken by its governing bodies.

Join ECOM
An individual or an officially registered organization can become a member of ECOM – the Eurasian Coalition for Health, Rights, Gender and Sexual Diversity. The interests of the initiative group in ECOM can be represented by an individual chosen by the initiative group.
A candidate for ECOM membership must complete an application for membership in ECOM.
Please note: to become an ECOM member, you must provide a recommendation from a current coalition member. However, not all ECOM members may be mentioned on the site for security reasons. The Governing Council once a month reviews all applications received in the previous period. The applicant will be informed of the Governing Body’s decision.
