Our Team

Vitaly has been involved in the HIV response for almost 20 years, with a focus on the most affected populations in Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA). He has extensive experience in program management, strategic planning, and HIV and human rights advocacy. Vitaly holds a Masters of International Health from the University of Copenhagen.

Elena has worked for more than 15 years in the field of HIV services. Her professional experience includes the organization and provision of technical support on various aspects of HIV prevention, such as trainings, the development of individual preventative interventions and country-specific packages of services for MSM, as well as the provision of technical assistance to MSM-service and LGBT organizations in Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, and Moldova.

Nikolay Lunchenkov is an infectious diseases doctor and LGBTQI+ health consultant. He worked as public health and community manager for several years in Global leading organizations. He currently serves as a LGBT health coordinator in Eurasian Coalition on Health, Rights, Gender and Sexual Diversity. Nikolay has experience both from a medical and community perspective, and the main research interest belongs to sexual health, PrEP and substance use among gay men.

Anna was born and raised in Ukraine, in the city of Zaporizhzhia. She is a co-founder of the initiative group – now widely known in Ukraine and abroad – the human rights organization Gender Zed, which works with a wide range of issues related to sexual orientation and gender identity; overcoming stigma towards the LGBT community; gender (in)equality issues, women’s rights and overcoming gender stereotypes in society; prevention of HIV and STIs. Anna has a degree in economics, is a certified trainer on tolerance and non-discrimination; at ECOM she is responsible for procurement and contracts.
