The Eurasian Coalition on Male Health (ECOM) presents the findings of a literature review on the situation of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) migrants and refugees in the CEECA region in the context of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) epidemics.
This study attempts to explore patterns of LGBT migration related to root causes and geography, assesses what data is available and what research gaps exist in this broad and complex area, and
explores some connections between the migration of LGBT people, the vulnerabilities of these groups, and public health problems.
