Open Society Foundations’ new report on Middle Income Countries and the Global Fund’s New Funding Model

The Open Society Foundations has drafted a new report on middle income Countries and the Global Fund’s New Funding Model.  The report explores the way in which the Global Fund’s withdrawal from middle income countries is leaving key populations behind, particularly since people living with HIV and members of key populations are concentrated in these very countries.  This analysis is useful towards identifying key strategic questions in our collective effort to shape the next Global Fund strategy.
