On November 6, 2018 within the framework of the “Right to Health” program funded by the Eurasian Coalition on Male Health (ECOM), implemented by “New Generation” Humanitarian NGO, a training on the MSMIT Toolkit has been held in Armenia for the first time among the representatives of RA CCM, RA AIDS Prevention National Center and the Ministry of Health, during which international expert Sviatoslav Sheremet presented the essence and application of the MSMIT instrument.
Then, Alik Ustyan, Coordinator of “Right to Health” Project, presented the “Basic and Extended Service Package”, which includes HIV effective prevention for all possible services for MSM People. It has been developed by the representatives of non-governmental organizations working in the area of ​​HIV prevention. During the presentation there were numerous proposals that were included in the package mentioned above.
The “Basic and expanded package of services” is envisaged to introduce a national HIV response program as an advocacy tool.
This training is implemented by New Generation Humanitarian NGO in the framework of  “Right to Health” project with the financial  and technical support of the Eurasian Coalition on Male Health (ECOM) from the funds of the Global Fund to fight AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.
