The Global Fund has announced open consultation on the proposed Terms of Reference (ToR) for future multicountry applications in the priority area “HIV: Sustainability of services for key populations in Eastern Europe and Central Asia Region”.
ECOM invites its members and partners from LGBT community organizations and MSM service organizations to give their comments on the ToR on the page below or in the file in the trackchanges / comments mode.
The deadline for comments to ECOM is November 5.
Your comments will be compiled, analyzed and forwarded to the Global Fund.
They will also inform the position of ECOM's representatives during the upcoming EECA regional consultation on the ToR.
