The Eurasian Coalition on Male Health implements the Right To Health regional program to contribute to an increased uptake and retention across the continuum of HIV care for MSM and trans* people in Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
At the regional level, the main program activities are implemented by the ECOM Secretariat and at the country level – by program sub-recipients in five countries: New Generation Humanitarian NGO (Armenia), Equality Movement (Georgia), Kyrgyz Indigo Public Union (Kyrgyzstan), and Stronger Together, Association for Support of People Living with HIV (Macedonia).
Though the target countries that are participating in this program are limited to those five listed above, participation in the program will be open, to a certain extent, to community representatives and organizations from the countries of so-called “expanded engagement”: Azerbaijan, Estonia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, and Ukraine.
Representatives of the expanded engagement countries may be involved in the program as experts and may serve as resources for knowledge sharing, training and technical support; they may also be invited to the regional capacity-building and advocacy events.
