Call for Proposals: Study of Gate Keepers’ Attitude toward LGBT

ECOM is soliciting proposals from individual consultants or companies to conduct

a study of attitude of gate keepers toward LGBT  

in the five target countries within the baseline assessment of ECOM’s Regional Program “Right to Health” funded by the Global Fund.

Application Process

Applications must be submitted by email with a reference “Consultancy for Gate Keepers’ Attitude Study” at contact@ecom.ngo

Deadline for submission: 12 March 2017 at 23:59 EET.

Applications should include:

1. Cover Letter outlining experience in conducting similar work along with CV
2. Brief proposal (3 pages max.) outlining methodology, design, timetable and budget (number of days and daily rate)
3. Samples of published scientific reports and peer reviewed articles.
